Mit einem Doppelmasterabschluss in klinischer Epidemiologie und Psychologie war Simon schon immer daran interessiert, zu untersuchen, wie therapeutische Interventionen effektiv funktionieren und durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. In seiner Doktorarbeit zeigte der Wissenschaftler in verschiedenen Studien, dass die Untire-App Krebsm\u00fcdigkeit (Fatigue) reduzieren und Lebensqualit\u00e4t vieler (ehemaligen) Krebspatienten verbessern kann.
