Johanna is a compassionate and dedicated epidemiologist and neuropsychologist who seeks to improve cancer patient’s quality of life and care. As Senior Researcher at Tired of Cancer, she generates the scientific evidence and data to ensure the app’s effectiveness in treating cancer-related fatigue symptoms. Bringing science to practice, Johanna is currently completing her PhD in psycho-oncology at the Netherlands Cancer Institute in collaboration with the University Medical Center Groningen. As a registered Epidemiologist with two masters degrees, Johanna has published and specialized in the areas of cognition as well as public and occupational health.
