For the Untire App (36 uur)
Tired of Cancer BV is a young, dynamic company whose mission is to help as many cancer patients worldwide as possible reduce their fatigue. We do this by offering a self–management program through the Untire app. Fatigue in cancer is the most common problem in this disease and we have a unique and scalable solution. We offer the program internationally, including in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.
What will you work on?
As a Developer within Tired of Cancer, you will have a versatile job. Here, quality is crucial, the Untire app helps (former) cancer patients we want to help with their fatigue as best we can. That starts with a well–functioning app! In addition, the Untire app is a medical device and we conform to various ISO standards. We expect your code to be precise and structured.
Besides keeping the application up and running, including issue management, monitoring and installing (security fixes), we will also be building new functionalities. To give you an idea of what we will be working on in the coming year:
- We are going to further personalise our app with personalised advice
- We are also going to implement a full exercise program.
- As we continue to grow, and enter new markets, we will also link more often with
external systems so that we can tightly control processes.
💯 Our wish list. Here’s the qualities that you have:
- You have several years of development experience with JavaScript frameworks such
as React, Vue.js or TypeScript. - You have knowledge of AWS and it’s tooling. All infrastructure is infrastructure as code, written in Typescript.
- You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English
- You are eager to learn and have an independent attitude
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of development and/or interoperability in Healthcare.
- have experience with CI/CD tooling
- experience with automated testing

💸Competitive salary
Doing good and making money? Almost sounds too good to be true, we make sure to offer you a competitive salary.
We offer you a monthly salary between €4.000 – €5.500 (Gross), based on a full–time (36–hours) contract, depending on your experience level. This is without the extras as pension funding and vacation money.
